Hello. I'm more an artist than a designer, but destiny ended up putting me making the hole image for my father new enterprise. The logo for one of the marks holded by the enterprise is choseen and they loved it, and it was going to be the logo of the principal enterprise too, just changing the name, but they changed ideas, so now I have to make another one.

I know the base idea of the logo I'm showing is good - they want to pass the idea of connection. But it seemed more interesting in my mind... Sometimes I just don't know how to make things look apealing... at least in design... and working digitally... more used to drawing and painting and sculping...

If someone could help me I would be very thankfull!

As no one answered and I was already able to improve this idea, I will put a post on other place showing how to develop an idea ;) Artists have this thing... pure creativity, we just don't give up and always find a way :)

This idea(not design) has been used in so many places that it has grown a little boring although being conceptually strong. if you could come up with a new thing, it would be really innovative and they will still like it :)
On another note, pick a pencil and paper and start with sketching you logo, use your strong hand first and also you will know what should be the end product when you start with software.
post the sketch! all the best :)

Hello

Really liked your answer. I didn't know it was a very used idea...

But what really was a great advice to me, was the sketching part. I tend to separate draw and art from design, specially because my drawings and art are very realistic... But you're right, that is my strong part... I really should be using it for design to...

Many many thanks! :) Best wishes for you
