http://gamerzlan.com (Testing layout so far created)

This will be a basic database that will only be accessed by the admin. This database will be used to collect infomation about users wanting to join lan party.

This data base will have only a few coman entries. Only requirement is that it is easily placed into the page. *already created html *

We can work out the reward for creating this. A sql database accessable from another server will be probable. There has to be the following forms to input data into it;
1: Name - First, Last
2: Address - street, city, state, zip
3: contact info - Phone number, Msgers(aim, yahoo, msn, icq)*want msn to be main looking msger*
4: Games played - Counter strike, Battlefield 1942(all mods), Blizzard games(all), and ect. *games listed on here
5: tornament - Able to play and what games (might be able to combine 4&5 to one)
6: Avalibility of play - how many times would be able to attend lan party *weekly, monthly, yearly*

I know this sounds like alot but i know programers will be able to shoot this off in a little while. So anyone willing to take on the task it has be to somewhat completed to let me see what it will look like. Do not complete the whole thing (might be waste of time in long run)

Depending on skills - Might be possibilty of more jobs and recogition of work on the lan site itself.

This need to be completed or being worked on in final stages by middle of march. So as soon as a person comes along that looks promising they will help me in doing this.

possible payment: Sql databases up to 4, Limited space 1gig, unlimited bandwidth, Email address [email protected][forwarding also availble]

Hey

This is my post in design contest, so I dont really know how everything works, but I am pretty good at PHP and MySQL. I would gladly contruct the backend for your website, however, I am not very good with design. If all you are looking for is a backend, I would gladly do it for free or a tiny fee via paypal. (5 or 10 bucks).
Actually, how long could I have the 1 gig of storage for if I chose that. That would be fine payment.

I'll get started on this right now, and get back to you later today or tomorrow.

Also, do you want the games to be read from a database?

Get in touch with me on aim icq or msn either or or just email me... I just want to have a php file that will be easily added to html or you can explain how:) But as for the games it just needs to have a database for the people that have signed up... Basically all ther infomation will be kept in the database and it will be able to be retrived by the admin by another php page for only admin records...

Games played will just be check boxes or somthing like that is fine... this don't need to be fancy really just simply somthing to add into page..

Payment can be worked out... this is something that i am willing to give all the above if nesseary.. i just have no money to combat the work:(

I'll finish up the major parts and then post screenshots here when I'm done.
Putting the signup form into your header and footer is really easy...
All you do is like

The thread has been moved to the coding forum. Reason: it is not really a design contest.

Hey, i'd be interested in doing that for you, but i dont need any of the stuff you offered.

I've been doing php and mysql for years. I've built message boards, database driven media sites, content management systems, and much more. I can do all what you want, but i have my own servers. So if you're offering any monetary reward, let me know :)

Sure if you are willing to work on it i would like that very much. Sry right now i am stuck on money:( I an give u space on webpage that is about it..:(

Basically just a form that is easily added to a page by iframes and will be able to get infomation in another page in a decent looking matter.. All the info wouldn't be on the call back sheet but it will be emailed to the admin for the infomational purposes.. so if you want to take a stab thnx... get in touch with me thnx

Here's a sample of the signup form. It doesn't interact with a database yet though.
