Contest Holder Ratings?

What do I mean by this? Well something along the lines of what eBay does. Basically, if someone holds a contest, they contribute to the development of the project, and they actually pay the winner of the contest without a hassle, they get a point and a star rating.
Also, the winner would be able to right a review of stuff that goes on behind the scenes with the contest holder for all to read.
I think a system like this would come in handy, especially if the contest holders decides to hold more contests in the future.
I think it could be implemented as a vBulletin hack, and is probably already available somewhere.

It would be really cool if we could find a way to add ratings to contest holders profiles.

They also have a similar system at rent-a-coder. Both the client and the "coder" can rate each other.
The client is rated on how well he gave feedback, how quickly he paid, etc.
There aren't a lot of negative ratings that I've seen there, but if a client has a lot of projects that aren't rated at all, it sort of puts up a red flag.
I would like to see a "non-performance" rating at a lot of the contest forums I post at. There are just too many contest holders that abandon contest after contest or declare a winner and then don't come up with the cash.

There is already a rating system in vB 3.0 you can give people ratings for their posts. I think I have already mentioned it in the DC building forum. We can make use of it! They probably didn't have contests in mind when designing this rating system, but it could be still applied to the contests I think. Just imagine if everybody gives disapproval to the contest starter who disappeared for a long time and left his contest abandoned? His/her rating will fall down to the floor.
Wow! I never thought of using that one. The only thing is there, they can disable their ratings. But if someone has disabled them, maybe it's for a reason? Good idea resurepus! Thanks!!!

Is there a way to make it more visible to the users? Maybe on the new skin?

The problem is that it only show a green/red icon, without the level u got (that can be found at ur User CP under Edit Options.) Then again, what happens if they disable it? I guess first step to do is to enable for all.

I have just enabled this feature and you can see an example of how it works in Ruben's profile.
