For some reason something about the menu seems off... not sure what, maybe the font or the color of the font, not sure.
Overall it looks good though

a) I like the pixelated thing at the bottom.
b) The logo on the top is not consistant with the logo on the bottom. I would stick with the logo on the top. I like what you did with the 'g'.
c) There's something about the pictures swishing by when you mouse over the navigation. It's going too fast. Perhaps a different kind of transition. Maybe a fade out and fade in instead???
d) The colour scheme just doesn't seem to jump out at me. The pictures that show in the mouseovers don't capture my attention. WITH THE EXCEPTION of the jar of coloured pencils. Perhaps if you did a bit of colour enhancement on the other images, it would capture attention a little bit better. Or....change the coloured circles around each picture to something that doesn't blend in to the colour scheme as much.
However, overall, very professional looking. Very 'e-business' like.
That's about it for me. No offense. Just being honest with ya.

It is a very nice design, I like it.
But The first thing I've noticed is that u used only cold colors, and somehow, that's the sensation when you look: of cold. Maybe you can put a spot in a warm color, or maybe at the mouse over effect. In my oppinion the only thing it misses at that site is to be warmed up. Just a little.
And the two logos, different logos for the same name, it is redundand I think. Try tu use only one of them, the one in the top, for example, and down you can put only the earth map, without text.
These are my ideeas.
Good luck!
