How to convert to svgs

What affordable ways is there to make svgs from cricut design space? I read a great article here, but I still have questions.

Have you considered Inkscape?

 

It's a feature rich (open source) SVG based editor. Could help you out.

As above, try Inkscape. As freeware is affordable like nothing else. Directly copying the contents of a SVG file fron Inkscape to Illustrator works as well (or just opening the SVG file with Illustrator) if your version of Inkscape doesn't support AI or PDF files... I hope this Adobe dictatorship will end someday, lol
