PHP Content/Employee Management System

Ok, I've been considering coding one of these lately. You know, a full system where you and your employees could login, discuss business in a chat room, share files, send messages, etc. I'd code it from mysql/php.. Would anyone be interested? I'd code it and sell it for around $50-$150, give you a free license to sell, or whatever. This would be fun for me, and you could benefit from it by either selling it or using it yourself. It would be great. If interested, please post below, and give me a few ideas as to what you would like to see in it. When I get enough ideas, I'll code a prototype and show you all. I suppose, I mean I'll sell this or trade this to anyone interested, and I'll sell/trade as many as there are people that want them. What did you have in mind?

Make sure the login system and sending of messages etc are secure... using encryption probably...

Maybe also allow each user to have their own calender... with their appointments etc. Also i am not sure if it is possible to integrate a webmail service into the system...

Yeah, everything will be secure, and encrypted somehow. When you say webmail, do you mean like sending messages from one employee to the other on the site? Because thats what I had in mind.

Nope not only sending messages...but allow employees to check their email accounts from there....if that is possible

IM & chat functions are essential also communicatoion via a forum with voting etc would be a bonus. Allowing members to upload files would be essential for my work.

Most importantly is making everything secure or else people would just use MSN instead

Yes, uploading files was already in my plan, but thanks for suggesting the voting as well, that will work. If you don't mind me asking, what field of work are you in?
