3dbuzz.com has a lot of VIDEOtutorials for free! All you need to do is register. Once you're registered you can download the vtm's. I don't know what ammount you can download, but i heard you need to post now as well to gain download credits, don't know if that's true. A few weeks back i was able to download all without posting.
