Hello everyone...

I am working on a logo for a client and have two concepts that I am having trouble deciding between:

What are your opinions on the better of the two or whether you like either at all?

Thanks :)

I like the first one although the second looks like it could be stronger if the color was a bit more bold. Depends really on what type of company (i'm guessing some sort of urban clothing brand?). Otherwise, my vote goes to #1 although your use of green to denote a gap doesn't make sense for the O since it would mean the O isn't there at all.

My vote is also for #1. I like the use of the circle for each letter as well as the colors. It will have to have the text to know what it is though. The lines for the second one are too thin.

I vote for nader! I like the first one, it is the way to go. You should show your client both and let him pick, that would be your best bet.

Hi David!, I like the second one better, I think you got a great idea going on in there (I read the name in the circles), I think if you play a bit with the lines, making them thicker but different one from another it will look amazing!, . I love it right now, but its a little thin. It also gives me the idea of urban wear  also you can try making the lines in different shades of the same color.

Great work!

Thanks a bunch for the comments... I'm showing both as they are now but I will experiment with the suggestions that each of you had. And yes it is an urban clothing company :)

I like the first best. The middle text "UCON CLOTHING COMPANY" is a little hard to read at a quick glance, but I love its look with the circles and all.

Now that I know it is for uurban wear, the second would go bets, only if you changed the width of the lines, as mentioned earlier.

I definitely like the first one the best. I think you did a great job of integrating the name of the company into a symbolic logo.

I don't like the choice of typeface in the first logo though. You used round circles for the symbol and you used a blocky text for the type. I think it would look better if you used a more rounded font.
