i was wondering if you could help me with something that isnt very hard, all you have to do is fill in the picture with solid colors. if you could do this i would be very greatful. thank you

I can do it in vector graphics then edit it in photoshop if that sounds good to you..

With just the outlines you can scan it on a large resolution and coloring would be a lot easier, now the pictures is a bit faded and almost one color. I don't think that contrasting in photoshop would help a lot.
