Iam posting here for a while now every now and then and it's time for me to show you guys what i've been designing lately.

My portfolio page is up containing website design, corporate identity design and so on. It's not all my work yet and it's not completely finished as well, but iam in need of some professional opinions. :)

tell me what you think so far and if everything is working for you.

* everything WAS w3c valid untill i got complaints that the so called w3c valid flash code isn't properly working in a lot of browsers :(

Looks nice, the only thing I would say is that it looks more like a web hosting service or a template, than a portfolio.

I don't really like it, looks too much like a tm template.
Nice 3 main images though.

It's very sleek, looks professional, but as the people before me have said, it looks more for a web hosting/internet security site. But it is a wonderful design.

pro: Really clean work, looks pro and well worked. "sharpy" gfx and really "corporate mood".

cons: I think there's really too much text for me, make harder to find what i really want to see. Even it's quite nice it's too "un-personal" for me, like a lake of identity.

I agree with dual... It isn't so much that it looks like a web hosting site, but that it doesn't really get across much about you. If it's a personal site, it should be all you.

Still is nice though :) Good job

Well....all i can do really is repeat.

The Header/nav look really sweet and slick...Altough i find the rest of the website is too cluttered with too much text to be a portfolio website.

On a positive not, going by the graphical bits in the layout i reckon you could easily design something much smaller, cleaner and classier.

At the end of the day its all about potential clients. When they visit your site they will probably get bogged down with too much info. They need something quick, easy and appealing.

Keep it up.

Looks a little too cluttered and corporate to me. Your graphics are awesome though!

Hi,
I really love the colors the red/blue works very nicely and looks professional. For the front page, as soon as you scroll down it looses something. I don't want to see the company overview, vision, design process and portfolio on this page --too much text, no one is going to read it. I would just give a very short blurb about the company or take that out completely and put it somewhere else in the site.

Also, my biggest complaint is the text issue --there is way too much of it everywhere in the site. Take some out, shorten up things--tighten it--just give us what we need to know. After that find ways to break things into sections...you already do this a little but make it more clear. If you are going to put things in a numbered list, double space between the numbers and make the numbers stand out. Design the text as well as the graphics...how things are organized can really make a difference on whether people read it or not.

As for the site being impersonal or more like a webhosting site, I can see what everyone is saying. At the same time, whether this is a good or bad thing really depends on your audience. If you are trying to get more corporate accounts rather then small business types this might be a good thing. Overall I think the site is designed very well, you just need to clean it up a bit and take out the unnecessary elements. Good luck!

I love the clean and glossy look of it,very proffesional! It looks to me like you put alot of hard time and work on this and I think the final outcome was very good, even though it does look abit like a web hosting/corporate kind of site I dont think it takes away any piece of professional presentation on it. :)

Nice, but far too complex for a portfolio. As Andy said, its better suited for a hosting company.

But other than that, looks great. :)

its very nice looking, but like some others said, it looks more like a hosting layout than a portfolio.

But the colors and design of it are very nicely done.
