I need a custom VB Skin A.S.A.P

Hi I am looking for someone to design a custom VB site for me. I also need a logo made.

What it is?:
A Radio Station Arcade/Forum. We own several Internet Radio Stations and want to create a Vbulletin to look more like a fun yet professional Arcade/Chat/Forum hangout for our listeners. I have installed VB Bulletin, the Chat and the Arcade. Now we need the look and feel brought to the board. We need the Arcade and the radio stations to be the focus not the forums. Hope this makes some sense? We have $350.00 set aside for this project. I totally need someone to install this theme as well. Thanks!
