From what I can tell, your pencil doesn't have to be that sharp. 
They even provide you with a black & white pencil drawing for you to work with. They seem to be looking for someone who can simply color in those drawings in the same style that they already have going. Looks like it would be a sweet job for the right person.

im not in it but like adept said its a sweet job! i belive (not cirtain) but they have a drawing team that does the ink ill. then a color team.i found the thread for that site on http://www.gfxartist.com cool site to check out the artist ther will blow your mind away!
