I remember reading somewhere that said something like "Don't just have a bunch of links to your work".

What are some tips on making a convincing portfolio? I'd like to know because I'm pretty new to this atmosphere, and I couldn't find it in the FAQ or anything.

Hi Syruplord, welcome!. What we meant is don´t show us a page with a loooong list of text links to your samples and with no design at all... instead of that, prepare a site with a simple but effective design, with thumbnails to click and enlarge that will lead us to your portfolio samples ;) . And maybe a small text introduction letting people know who you are and what your goals are. Remember that your personal portfolio its your presentation card, and should reflect who you are!.
By the way, I love the animation at your signature!, love the cammeras, they are really dynamic!

Keep up the good work!
take care
Bella
