The other day, my friend brought his Ipod Shuffle into school and I was amazed. The thing is smaller than a pack of gum, yet it still holds a Gig of songs (about 240)! So now I'm jealous and want an Ipod Shuffle like his.

I've set up a site with my referral link to a Free Ipod Shuffle site, and a nice Cash incentive.

**Link removed, I've finished all my referrals! Keep reading**

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Thanks,
Brendan Benson

**UPDATE**

Well, the last one was successful, so now I'm offering $10 for signups at Mp3Players4Free.com.

Check it out: http://www.yeahitis.com/ipod.html

Um, Scam?

None of them free item referral things work. It's just a tad crazy.

Anyways, yes, the Ipod shuffle does look very promising, but I'm set with my Rio Carbon
...they're watching you...

wow that thing is small! hmmmmmm...decisions decisios. Well that free item referral thing probaby has some scams up its sleeve, there are lots of those on the internet so im guessing theres a reason or else no one would of created those in the first place.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM!

Gratis Networks, the owner of FreeIpodShuffle.com has given away thousands of free items. In fact DesignContest's MBleigh has recieved a free Ipod from the same company.

THERE IS NO CATCH!

All you do is:
1.) Sign up
2.) Complete an offer (at this point, I will transfer $5 USD to your PayPal account)
3.) Refer 3 friends to do the same.

*Your 3 referrals only have to complete ONE offer for you to recieve credit. They do not need to refer any friends, they only need to complete an offer.

Please do your research before dismissing this as a scam.

Quicksilver - I'm not mad at you. Do you have any suggestions on how I can improve it so it does not appear like a scam?

Well I've read a few times that there is now a canadian site (yes it works in the USA as well) where you can win a free ipod. But the fact that we can now get free ipods in canada that I have been waiting for, for such a long time. And its easy to do you just have to sign up and get 10 referals who will sign up for a simple account such as ebay. Heres a link which you can sign up for. I thought I would give it a try to see if it works. What I have heard so far is it is legit. So why not give it a try, you have nothing to loose :)

That's a good site but it takes a whopping 10 referrals to get the Ipod Photo. The Ipod Shuflle only takes three referrals.

hmm i may look into this... i believe you may get the $5 immediately... but probably it will take long for the ipod shuffle to ship out... to you. one of my friends has actually done the free ipod and he actually got one.. i forgot from what website though, i know he got one but he said it took like 7 weeks to arrive.

yamill: I would very much appreciate it if you participated in this offer. You will get the $5 immediately after you receive credit from completing an offer. The site says the Ipod Shuffle takes 4-6 weeks to ship, which is not bad when you are getting it for free. :) I like your website too, it's impressive.

Another good site to get a free 1GB Ipod Shuffle is FreeMacGifts. If you're a resident of CANADA or the U.S. you can go to this site, complete a trial offer (the ones for Audible.com and EFax are completely free and you have plenty of time to cancel them). Here's the site:

http://www.freemacgifts.com/?r=568

Depending on the number of people you refer to the site, you can get a wide variety of free Apple products, including the brand-new IPod Shuffle (only 4 referrals!), the 20GB Ipod Shuffle (only 5 referrals - that's what I'm going after!), the 40GB IPod Photo, and a whole bunch of other products. Just sign up, pick the one you want, then complete a free trial offer. It's the sweetest deal - my boyfriend got a free Ipod from them, and now I'm HOOKED!

Anyway, ENJOY!

Tell me when you actually get the ipod shuffle.
Also, did any of you know that none of the iPod's allows uploads from any of the other official legal download sites except for the Apple ITunes store, which is only available in America?
That means that, if you are in Australia and you have an iPod, you should be arrested for illegally downloading music.

This is not true, in Canada iTunes is available, so it is just just the states that allows use of iTunes. I suspect that there soon will be iTunes in most contries as it continues to grow in popularity

In my opinion, the iPod shuffle is a waste of one's hard earned funds... But to each his own. Then again, my iPod mini was probably a waste of money (and it bothers me because I can't put all of my music on it).

Lies. You can put whatever music you want on there.
I don't even use the iTunes app; Either EphPod, or the Winamp plugin which I just recently started using.

I only need one more referral, so I'll give $10 to the next person who signs up and completes an offer.

Really? Oh well. I guess you can't trust PC Magazines anymore, or newspapers.
Though, then again, they ARE biased aren't they?
Though...are you actually buying the MP3s from other LEGAL download sites, or are you illegally downloading it? If you aren't actually paying for your MP3s (and they don't come from iTUNES), does it still work for you, without a plugin?
