I'm curious why I can't see the public profile of other people? When I click on their handle I keep getting this:

"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
"

What kind of privileges does this require?

Hi pentool -

The reason for this is that public profiles have been hidden from Registered members and Guests, and are only viewable by Contest Holders and Design Team members. Sorry, but we had problems with a couple of Registered members and non-registered for that matter, spamming our contest holders and a couple of designers using the email or homepage links in their homepages. Thanks.
