I have a question about dreamweaver...So I'm coding a website and I created a table and placed a background image. Now I want to position this table the same way I do with the images vspace and hspace but I can't find how I can only align it right left center and default?...Any help please? Hello Mimoza,
The problem you are describing is a little bit confusing, however I'll try to give you some tips that hopefully help you.

You can add a background image to a table by many different ways, I highly recommend you to do it through some style attributes (in a CSS file preferable). These attributes are: background-image (for the table itself), background image for the table container (a div maybe). (beware of "background-repeat" property as well)
Check out this link CSS background-image property

Regarding the size / dimentions of the table and/or the background image: Try using exact values, generate the image in the actual size (the same as needed for the table) .. or you can just let the image repeat like mosaic tiles.

I'm not sure if this info is what you are asking for but,
Hope it helps.

Kind regards,

Dear Mimoza,
I'm not sure how this is in Dreamweaver but, in general terms, you can set a table's position and dimensions by applying some "styles" or css attributes to the HTML element, such as: width:[fixed or in %], height:[fixed or in %], position:absolute, position:relative, etc.

On the other hand, working with vspace or hspace to resize images is not a good idea, you better generate exact dimensions images so they are not hard-resized in the rendering.

Hopefully someone else who uses dreamweaver regularly may give us some more direct advices,
Kind regards,
