really nice website! it's very professional, which is obviously what you are going for. (my favorite: the menu buttons! what an unusual rollover effect..) however, i'd recommend getting a couple proofreaders to look over the website; i noticed spelling and grammatical errors here and there.

Yes, it is nice indeed. I'd recommend double checking the spelling, especially under the left side "News" section. When you click on those individual section, there are spelling errors. Also, I'd recommend not to cut off words in the "News" section (left side) just before the [more] links. So for example "announce that they have j [more..]", there's the letter 'j' standing by itself. You should either write out the full word, or just loose those 1 or 2 characters.
