Designer question.

How much control should be instituted by "administrators" and "moderators" who are also competiting with you in the same competitions? I just recently became aware that that some who are moderating are also competing.

BTW.. have you ever stopped to think that these moderators you are talking about, started off here designing just like you.. but maybe showed a bit more maturity and therefore were asked to moderate?

Why should that prevent them from participating?

Penguin, I just want other designers to know that some of the Admins and Mods that control strings are also competing with them. I've never seen your work Penquin so I can't make a judgement, but I hope in the long run you make out.

Its pretty easy to know that admin/mod is entering the contest, it shows our status right under our username

LoL, what are you saying that they may be rigging the contests? I don't really understand what you're tryin' to say. They should be able to compete just as much as the next person.

this is true, the mods should be able to compete. Actually I think a person who is holding a contest is also competing (but not in the same contest). It is not like these guys are deleting posts of entries. I think one of the mods has some pretty nice work I forget which on it was. Actually it is good to know that the mods do have some design sense.

But on another note I think some folks are a little delete post crazy, but its cool I play by ya'll's rules.
