While visually I think it's an interesting and cool design, as a logo I think it's a little hard to read. Without reading the description above I wasn't sure what he company name was. Of them all I like 4 the best. I think if you play with it a little more you could make the word a little clearer as what is being said. Suggestions:
Close the left hand side of the "e", finish the top of the "G" to touch that top line and lower the middle section of the G a little (maybe line it up with the middle of the letters instead of the top). I think those will help alot. The more I look at it the more it's growing on me but part of that is now I know what is says I think.

There are too many things try going back to only the basic shape and not add so much things it is way too busy to be a logo.

my opinion is its too complicated & hard to read. use simple typography. Architects word used two times. why? It's over kill.

Like the idea of using an ambigram, but agree with opininions above. There is a lot of things trying to grab my attention.

The 3rd one is the best. The small print will not work, especially on the others, when the logo is shrunk down to a smaller size, which is VERY likely. Overall, it's really busy and hard to read. I do like the "E" though. I'd recommend to try to keep it simple.

Using the ambigram approach is great but I also agree that a more simple design would be better.

I agree that it is too busy. Also, I think the middle "E" that is flat has more potential than the ones that have the stroke effect. I understand the contrast with the curved E's, but I think they compromise the nice symmetry.

You mix 3-4 ideas in one logo, better make 3 different logos, with a single pop up idea, and readable when resized as favicon....:)

Agree with all of the above (except maybe the favicon thing). If you just cleaned out all the needless clutter, tweaked the proportions a bit, you might have an alright-looking logo... ;)

agree, I would try to incorporate the text into the higher part of the G. One line should be able to describe your job

Design is really nice. But it's little difficult to read. May be you can incorporate something to have a better readability.

The cleanup on the logo is really nice... but it's still pretty hard to make out the 'ENGENUE' portion of it. Maybe it would help to include the name again in the text underneath the mark... like "Engenue Turkey Architecture Solutions"

that'd be a good solution - I think you could even make the G/N look more like a "G"...I don't think it would affect the N that much.
