Hello 
Design wise it's pretty nice but looking at it for a even a few seconds is painful. The combination of black and bright blue makes for a very unnatural color scheme...
I think some work on the colors would be in order but other than that it looks good

The layout is great, but there are some things that turn me off.
- The flash animation could use a mute button
- Too much white text, use some blue or something.
- The banner and menu do not fit with the overall design. I suggest integrating them.
- The buttons look boring. You can make them look nicer by fixing up the font and perhaps using a lower bevel.

v4 is the latest.
i think u would agree the layout is definately the same. im not saying its identical or u copied but it is the same.

a bigtime company like 2advanced getting ripped off frequently arent stupid enough not to copyright their designs

I would replace the black background with a medium grey. IHMO that would improve the look and help with the visual problem that davidude mentioned.
Also, one of my pet peeves is when Flash animation starts playing a movie on entrance to a site; especially with loud music. Do you know how old it will get for returning visitors? I would suggest putting in a "Start Movie" button to give users the option to play it.
