its a website for an insurance company , the car in the header is their prominent image in the streets as they cruse around in these cars and thats the reason i used it on the header.
here is the link.
index
if the design gets approved i would animate it a bit with flash.
thanks.

But i'm not much fond of the header and the logo part. It somehow looks empty and the logo, which should be the most dominant part of the header has somehow lost its dominance. Maybe due to its grey color, and the presense of the car with such contrasted color and scale. Or maybe its because our eye is generally used to read from left-to-right, but since its in arabic it somehow looses its prominance. I think the header needs some work, the logo needs to be highlighted more and another thing, i particularly donot like how the bigger logo in the header ends all of a sudden. it should somehow blend in with the header or content, as now it just look as if its placed over the design.
Just my thoughts...

Jazzz

That shows the image (crudely) cropped at the top to make it more appealing for me. Less empty space.
Thanks for sharing.

I believe you choose the percentage layout full screen, Removing the gradient background would be a bad idea tho. you need to move the car a little bit right, The street under the car is out of the site bleed also removing the white mask would go nice. if you could make the gray line a little bit thinner from the button left that will do the job
Try to make the font bigger on اهدافنا and give the unordered list a bullet image, like an arrow, i don’t know lol
Nice work.
Thanks for sharing...

quick update , the company rep said that he showed both of the designs to the board and they liked the first one !
OH I hate it when that happens!! In any case, the final product looks great, I love the flashing light on the car! Well done, and congratz on pleasing the client.

I just learned to always save my first version - nothing worse than un-doing 4 hours of work! HAHA.

that happens to me all the time, too, at work... I make the design, and my boss can't just approve anything without making a ton of changes, so I make his changes and he says "ok, lets go back to the first one". Every time.
I just learned to always save my first version - nothing worse than un-doing 4 hours of work! HAHA.
the worst case to happen to me ever was with my latest client (real estate company ).
i showed them a couple of options , they approved one made major changes that the end result never looked like the first one, after that they gave me the OK to start coding and i did , when i reached the end of the project and it was ready to go online they fired the employee who was dealing with me, called me up for a meeting and told me they don't like the design !!!
seriously these kind of people exist. and they are the worst. luckily i always charge 50% before even starting with the actual project, anyhow i offered them a refund and they refused they asked me to do another design , and i submitted them a new price quotation with the same value .
and i agree with you about saving the first version. its like the first line of the design bible

Hi everyone !
Recently I won a contest . My client like my fianl design and he go to offline download my work. But He don't approve my work.
What if, If my client don't approve my work?
Please replay me. Thanks.
Please go to Chat with Mods and start a thread with posted contest link, so admin Sharie can look into.
Sometimes, clients take a bit longer than a 7 days, or they simply forget to approve and close the contest finalization, while on the other hand it can be designer's fault with files delivering.
I can see the client was online 1 day ago.
