Check this site and tell me what you think about it please, www.photostorm.net.
My contribution to the site is the design.

It looks very professional, I like the colours used, and the banner picture at the top, the buttons are nice, except for the large text, but thats a personal opinion, I've never been fond of large text. For the most part, I like it. Thumbs up.

I like the menu!, the logo seems to be too crispy, is it possible?.
Good work!

First of all I want to thank you for your feedback.

illumina: I totally agree with you about the size of the text from the buttons, and i want to make it smaller, and also to reduce the height of the menu (it's a litlle to big in my opinion...)

belladona: I didn't really understand what "crispy" means... Are you refering to that wind effect I apllied on the PhotoStorm text ?

Ok, I apreciate your comments, and I expect more... :D

I have to say that i'm not that keen. I think the main issue is the varying sizes of the fonts and the images used for the titles. I just think they look a little messy, and you just need a little tidy up

what i don't like (absolutely personnal :) ): all the titles/images even the logo (too much effects for me)... a bit of "less is more" should be nicer.
what i like: the thumbs with white border and icons at bottom.

I would so the design is not bad, however does need some cleaning up. The top bar is way too big, it should be smaller the right sidebar seem way right and proably should be moved over more, and the annoying flahs movie in the middle is bothersome and does not speak clearly.

The layout is pretty good, but I'd tone down all the different effects. They take away from the site.

Thank you for your comments :)

Soon I'll take a break after a long year full of work, and i'll use some of my free time to improve the design of the site. I'll study all your opinions and advices and i'll "pimp" it out. :D

Thanks again

I'm in love with the border you used around the "Best photograph" area. Really slick
