From what I have seen, it varies from design to design; it is not always black and white whether a design is a copy. I guess you started this thread because of the Anova Fill post you made. Yeah for that, the first logo you flagged was no doubt a copy because well..... everything about that logo was a carbon copy of your original logo. But the others are not copies in this case in my opinion. It's really subjective

I wouldn't say it is a copy. But I'd say that both of these two logos you linked are just another logos from the series
"Generic and overused logos" (Generic and overused logos - Avoid them!)
and to be more exact then the subcategory is "Linked bubbles or dots". http://www.gtgraphic...logotypes13.jpg

mmmmmmmm in some case, guys, I think we can arrive to a solution that can result a copied design, but probably is only a design that is similar. we have every day a lot of image in our mind and in front of our eyes that tv, internet, movies.. producono, to introduce products in our minds, so sometimes, we go in the same direction of the others... but only sometimes.... is difficult to determinate a real copy of a work in some case, sometimes we think that our idea is really original, because we change color, or shape, but we know, we really know inside us if is an unique idea or a sub-idea of other things that hit us every day.
