HELP: My contest link cannot be found, I have to submit my source files...

I won a specific contest, we're (Client) currently finalizing.

The client received some of the source files but due to some technicalities, the client requests to edit/add some stuffs in it.

I was just about to send the FINAL source file today, but the link can no longer be found...

Is it about the new site or the client no longer need my design?
