I am not understanding what you mean by we have a hold your prize. You have not won the contest. Being rated the highest doesn't mean you have a won a contest. The contestholdr has to choose you a the winner, this contest you have listed has no winner it is in expired mode right waiting for the contestholder to either choose a winner or extend the contest

This contest will go to a community designer vote if the ch doesn't reply back this week. This contest will be consider abandoned. This contest is a guaranteed winner contest so all designer will vote on the winner in this contest.
