Reinstall the cs6 is, the error "failed to initialize installer ...."

Hi guys,

I uninstall and reinstall cs6. Clean Uninstall all, remove all the regedit then but until then all error reset as follows:

 

I also tried to download the other cs6 before but this error. Physicians do not know how to fix, help me with.
