Not receiving emails or onsite notifications

Anyone not receiving emails?, are the emails going to spam folder? What about onsite notifications?

We need to know  your email program

My email is no problem (everything is fine).

But i have a problem, i can not reply any feeback CH in page comment (Reply button is off).
I use the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browser and have deleted cache & cookies (with cCleaner), it still does not work.

Whereas the Reply button comment in page finalization just works fine and I can reply to the CH comments in page finalization.

Hello everyone, does anyone have the same problem?
And is there a solution?

Common notifications without problems
Do not receive notifications about the response of the CH in the finalization chat.
The reply button does not work (in general comments its ok, but on the image page not active)

Hello There,

I have the same problem about not receiving response of CH in the finalization page and also I can't reply to CH's feedback on the image page. I can only reply on general comment section but not all CH's feedback appears in general comment section.

I use windows and google chrome browser. I do not remember when exactly this error began but i think it started some time before the latest Design Contest website upgrade.

Is this a common error or maybe the problem is on my setting set up?
