finalization

Dear DC,

sorry for this, is there any information regarding this CH :

it's been more than 40 days CH has not made a decision to close the finalization, the last time it was online on 20 May,

please help, thank you.

Hello admin,
Please help to close the finalization.if contest holder choose the winner and took the files and never close the finalization and never seen online, then admin should release the prize. We are working here with the hope of winning the prize but this is not Justice with the designers not to get paid for their winning contest.its a humble request to close the finalization so that we designers can work more with hope of winning.

@Jadi - Sorry you find it like that, but never have happen that designer didn't get paid if everything is alright with the contest, winning design and delivered files. Also, be aware that posts you find here are solved but many designers will not leave a note like "Thank you, I received the prize."

 

If client doesn't release the prize (and leave the review for designer) by himself, admin can not know if you and the client finalized the process unless you notify admin as you did now.

 

Anyway, please be patient until admin looks into it and release it for you. I hope it will be for the next payout.

It's been a month since I have won the design contest for DrGopher. I
Had put lot of efforts in making the logo from scratch along with the presentation. When I had won the
Contest I was overwhelmed but after a month and not even a single reply
From the contest holder I have started losing trust on this site .

Therefore I request DC to sort this out the client is not responding only
And I am not able to focus on new contests thinking about what's the point even if I win.

congrats on the win.

Please read my post from above - admin can not know if you have finalized with the client unless you notify admin. You should not have been waited for a month to do so.

Anyway, since this is your first win admin will need to review your files and do the back check before releasing the prize, which may cause of delay.

Congrats on your wins, I'm sorry for delays but  much of the time I'm waiting on the client to get back with me  or sometimes I'm fixing a design that needs something fast from finalization or  when I message client and client says i dont have this i need that i requested this, this didnt get fixed or wrong design. I fix most of those  so delays are not on purpose and i try not to both you guys too much with fixes i can do quickly like file formats and such     keeps you guys freed up to design

 

any way  these look to be all completed

I received the prize and I apologized if my posts makes any one angry. This was the first time it happens and I was thinking I will not get prize as CH was not replying any more.
