It looks good - but it seems to be missing something in the bottom right hand corner.

Also, the text in your iframe seems to be ontop of the bevel on your background. You should move your iframe over to the right just a little bit. (the services and contact page)

If you can, I would suggest you stick with this layout and make it entirely flash based - that can be extremely difficult though (I have tried it myself).

Besides that - the logo looks good, I like your music thing, and I think the layout works well.

thats a nice layout but theres a few things that caught my eye, the links look blurry and i found it hard to click the volume down line because its only 1 pixel but other than that its nice. good job
