**Dare to be Different and help  create a recognised NEW Brand.. Dare42 Talent Revolution**  This logo will be advertised in Dubai at an Exclusive Engagement Summit  on 7th December 2014 so you will have maximum impact in terms of PR ! 

Feel free to use your creative flair to help create a recognised Brand that will initially operate in UK, Middle East and Australia.  

Please note that we are looking for unique logos.  As much as we may love some Designs please refrain from copying (even a little bit).  If we do see copied logos  (or very similar) we will reject  to show respect to the first Designer who submitted their ideas.  Our minds are open and would love to have a range of different logos to select from.

What is Dare42 Talent Revolution

We are breaking the mould with the standard Consultancies.  We want companies who are looking to create a strong Employer Brand or who are looking for the best Talent in the market to instantly look at us and think  "Fresh", "Sleek", "Fun", "Innovative", "Impactful", "Engaging", "Desirable" "Different". 

We have been brought up in a Virgin working culture so absolutely rebel against the "same same" approach. We are fuelled by passion and learning new innovative ways to make companies and people better!  To just copy what other consultancies do would just give us one thing… Absolutely no edge whatsoever.   

Our Audience from a Client Perspective will mainly be HR Directors, CEO's, Marketing Directors, Brand Directors, Recruitment and Talent Directors. 

Our Audience from a Candidate Perspective will mainly be HR Professionals, Marketing, Recruiters and Emerging Talent such as Graduates.

Logo colours:

We have noticed that there's an overload of colour with logos at the moment so we are thinking about going for Greys/Silvers with  a splash of colour within the logo but also where the logo can be very simple (no colour) as/when. We really like the idea of Grey/Yellow - have a look at this website

We want the logo to be down as Dare42 Talent Revolution  but with the long term ability to use 42 as/when on it's own.

If you add an emblem please think about what we are doing… In short, we are helping Businesses attract and keep their best people. 

Logo Design:

We have a preference BUT want to open our minds and you guys are the experts.  In alternative companies we have had logos that have been more like handwriting (think Virgin and Ogilvy) but this time we are thinking to move away from this style of logo.

Logos we like so far  have been simple  such as Adidas, Apple or What If Innovation BUT we will leave it for you to come up with some concepts. 

As we have mentioned before, we think that the "42" could end up in the long term become a secondary logo in it's own right once the Brand has been established  and is well known so please keep this in mind.  Maybe rather than an emblem work on 42 being that? 

Finally, the company will be called Dare so think we need to demonstrate Daring to be Different in the logo without being too complicated or messy.  

After all all Apple had to do was make a bite mark in the Apple logo and that was enough:)
