Project description

I'm not really sure. We want something that is relatively simple, but not too simple, and in basic colours. kPa is the metric unit for pressure and is appropriate because we specialize in turbo parts and performance. It might be nice to incorporate the shape of a car, or turbocharger, or maybe an abstract boost gauge. It needs to be able to standout on a white or black background, it's okay if a colour change is required to suit other backgrounds.

  • Excuse me? Please read the brief of the contest here.. http://www.designcontest.com/logo-design/logo-needed-for-new-euroimport-performance-division-of-well-established-automotive-shopretailer/brief It specifically says as follows at the end of the brief: It needs to be able to standout on a white or black background, it's okay if a colour change is required to suit other backgrounds. To me that's not worth an infraction, if the infraction stays I leave.
  • backgrounds are not allowed.
  • backgrounds are not allowed.
  • CH, #14 is an improved version #5. If i could get an image of your turbo that would be great.
  • CH, do you have an image of your products? It would be helpful.
  • Dear Contest Holder, thanks for the feedback. Please find #7 & #8 fit on white and black backgrounds as in brief. Regards.
  • I like that you incorporated a Turbo into the design but I don't like the font of the kPa.
  • See #5, hope this is more to your liking. Let me know if you want to see any modifications.
  • Nice, can we try a little more abstract for the car?
  • We are looking for a more simple elegant design. If a car is incorporated it needs to be more abstract. Some colour would also be nice.
  • #2 your feedback is appreciated. I can make adjustments upon request.
  • Contest Holder, I took what I see you seem to like and tried to put my personal spin on them. Thanks for looking!
  • hi! heres my new modification. this font has no lowercase so i made the k and a because i like this font. also with a few other adjustments. hopefully you like it. I also did #39 a little taller
  • Dear Contest Holder, Please find my revision of #4 I hope it's more a suitable kPa font style for you. Regards.
  • I like the overall design of this one but I'm not crazy about the kPa font/design. I'd like to see some variations on this one. The font for the kPa is bit too cartoony if you know what I mean.
  • Please try some different styles for the gauge. Thanks.
  • What do you mean if I allow it?
  • I quite like this one. I'd like to see it with a thinner font for the kPa and reworked so the "k" and "a" are lower case. Thanks.
  • Ch, #31 revision for #14. I think the kPa looks pretty good. I thought we would lose some of the appeal but it worked out. By the way no problem. I hope i can get you to where you want to be in terms of a design.
  • I like this one quite a bit, but there is something funny about the lower case in this font. I really like this font in upper case but it's important to me to have the kPa done properly. Could you try some other fonts and see how it looks?
