Project description

UPDATE_ Hello, my contest has been extended for another week. We don't feel like the designs presented truly reflected what we are looking for. We would prefer not to stay with the "WM" initials as part of the logo design. We are looking for a new concept. f we can focus on the font used for logo, it would not be times new roman in motif, nor would it be with cursive. We want easy readability. Also, we do not want any lotus flower variations incorporated into logo- I feel that this is overdone. Please contact me via email for any further questions!!! Logo for a medical spa located in an upscale affluent town in Connecticut. The owner is a board certified physician exclusively provided non surgical cosmetic procedures. We also provide non medical aesthetic procedures by affiliated aestheticians. On March 1st, we are moving to a brand new office that entails a significant expansion, and we are looking for a new logo to replace the existing one. We are looking for our logo to capture our geographic and design aesthetic. We consider our office decor to be a fusion of New England colonial bones with Hollywood glam decor. UPATE- thank you for everyone's entries and time, much appreciated! I want to stay away from lotus flower, hoping to have an alternative to the initials- we have done that in the past, and want a fresh change. We have great street visibility, and want our logo to pop on our signage, as well as all the other purposes that we will be using the new logo for.

  • Hi drdana, I dont know how are the script designs are the good for you, but I have a combination of badge, icon and script designs for you, one designs represent the path from W to MediSpa. I am open for other ideas more power. Hope you like one of my start designs #16,#17 and #18. With regards, krisdesign
  • #9 Sorry for misspelling the company name, I think I too much watching west point academy movie.
  • I like the interesting flow of the Westport MediSpa initials, but was really hopping to move away from initials. But like how the initial flow and are creative. Can you do something without the "WM" initials? THANKS!! I also like the way it is superimposed on glass in pics!

  • Hi Dr Dana! I just uploaded my design, considering the demands on the brief and making it look elegant, aesthetic and readable. Please let me know what do you think about it. Cheers.
  • I like it; can you try some other similar soft modern clean fonts?
  • Any other font suggestions? I think the lotus flower is growing on us- any other suggestions for variations?
  • On second thought, after the comments we wrote on #47, we are warming up to the lotus variation. Maybe the "Westport" in a purplish gray to try? However, we don't want it to look over feminine and turn off our male population
    • Thanks for the feedback! I've recently relocated back to CT so hopefully I can capture Westport's beauty in my revisions.

  • I like the symbol. I feel the focus should be on the word MediSpa rather than Westport. I would like the fonts to be softer, more modern/luxurious/sophisticated. I wouldn't mind the medi and the spa to be different shades of the same color. Also, to see a version with our tagline, "where medicine enhances beauty"
  • Also, no times new roman or "formalish" font. But we do like how the two words are different fonts.
  • We like that the focus is on the "medispa" rather than "Westport". We also like the bold font of the medispa, and that the medi and spa are two different shades. I am not ceretain of the "s" in the spa, can you try a different "s" font, or a variation of the font that would still emulate easy readability. Could you take the vertical gray line that is in b/w the two word out, Also, we like how in the design #42, the Westport medispa is stacked horizontally. Also, our tagline is "where medicine enhances beauty", and we would like to see variations of the logo with that, so we can use it with the logo in various print forms/need. We like the #47, but the lotus flower is so overdone. One of us (me) is more oen to a symbol, but the font and colors of Westport medispa is the priority.
  • hello CH find my new design for your upcoming company #67 and #69. thank you
  • Hi I came up with #75. Feedback is welcome. Regards
  • could you show with a bit of a more vibrant green?
  • could you show a version with our tagline?
  • could you try a bit of a more vibrant green?
  • could you try a different font for the Westport and also give a version with our tagline?
  • can ou shorten the tail of the "a" a bit, so it is like in between #89 and #90
