Who we are:
We are an inspiring company that delivers remarkable results and stands out from the crowd. Some words to describe us: resultdriven (and great results), pro-active, playfull, experts, trustworthy, effective, creative, entousiasm, inspiring and relation builders.
'Klantbeleving' means 'Customer Experience' in Dutch. So companies first come to us to improve their customers' experiences (so customers become fans and ambassadors) and their sales. But what we do is much bigger than that. To improve the results of the company that hires us, we focus on the performance of their people. In order to get to the desired results (like creating raving fans and higher sales) we focus on the performance of the leaders and the employees. And in order to get them to DO (performance) something different, they have to BE and THINK different. To get there we need to create a paradigm shift on individual and team level. Work has to occur different to them in order to BE, THINK and DO different, so they will HAVE better results at the end. How we do that is by designing and implementing learning programs that include reallife trainingsessions (with assignments, storytelling, gamification, social sharing, blended learning, etc.), customer feedback reports and online learning tools. With our background in psychology, Educational Science and years of international experience in training, leadership and customer experience, we dare to call ourselves experts in learning. We are very resultdriven and we use the latest psychological insights to get the best results. Our methods with extra impact are innovative and effective. In our philosophy Learning is Fun and exciting... Emotion is the Energie for Motion. This makes learning not only more pleasant and information better and faster understood but it will also stay retained. The participants are learning, sharing and collaborating with humor and fun. Our clients are from all different kinds of businesses like IKEA (retail/food), ING (banking), Accor (hospitality), etc. We work with the whole organization of all our clients and build long term relations with all our clients.
