Project description

Looking for a t-shirt for dental staff to wear at work over the next year.  This shirt would need to be a bit subtle because it will be seen daily (over and over), but also be a bit humorous to put off a happy vibe.  Our quote is "Simply Smile" which should be added.  The one we did last year is a tooth with overly large sunglasses on, and below in a fun but classy font is Simply Smile.

  • I hope you like with this design #26
  • About #20, @jerimeek Thank you for the feedback. I will not be able to make any changes or additions to the design for resubmission before the deadline. I'd gladly make them and wish I were available to respond. I understand if you need to go with someone else. Blessings on your business!

  • I got one more idea for this contest. Tooth in yoga pose, having a nice and calm peacefull minds, and the other tooth is mocking him while doing the same yoga pose. #25
  • Hi,here is the new version, I make the music notes cracked and broken to represent that the singing is annoying. Iw ish I am in the right track. #24
  • About #23, @hailionpapersism good but too basic.
  • About #22, @justJ it's fun but nothing clever or any kind of emotional character.
  • About #21, @justJ about the best one I've seen. Very clever. No one except for me understood it. Perhaps it's missing something that displays the music as annoying?
  • About #20, @jerimeek same as the notes before.
  • About #19, @jerimeek this is getting closer. It's simple, but very basic. I think it's missing something clever.
  • About #18, @pencil_art it's too busy and no subtle character.
  • And this is a different concept, surfer tooth and a tooth brush surf board. I hope this will put a smile on people's face. #22
  • Hi
Thank you for the feedback. Here is the new concept, I change the angry tooth to a naughty one, he should gave penny to the box but he throws a candy instead, which is not a good company for a tooth. I hope this one meets your requirements. #21
  • same design, just added to a shirt mock-up #20
  • I loved creating this design! I would wear this on a shirt! I could see this being smaller and up off to one side, or large and across the entire chest. I added the background color to show off the details, but this would go away to have the shirt color as the background instead. The toothbrush colors could change too. I think it would look fun on the side of the bags you send home with people, or even reminder postcards. #19
  • Simply Smile-Punctuation Smile :) #17
    • @breaghdesign thank you for this design. It's simple, but too basic. Needs more design work.

  • I'd like to see more subtle, meaning not something on the front of a cereal box. And maybe something with some feeling. #15
    • @caringdentistrync Thank you for feedback. I hope you like with this ones. #18

  • if i understand correctly illustrating a tooth was a concept last year, by reading the brief there is no strict instructions to keep the same concept, so for a change I made my approach minimal, relevant and pleasant. I would wear it. Thank you. #16, @GGxDesign
    • @GGxDesign This is a good concept, and you have the simple part figured out. However, we'd like to see something with a bit more character/thought. Do the images above "Smile" say something, mean something? Or just random?

    • @caringdentistrync Hello, thanks for the reply, the image above the type is designed to visually extend the "smile" word, at first i tried to make it look like it resembles the word simply. After a few tries I understood that it messes with the balance of the illustration. So i aligned it the best way i could. I could make a second try to include the simply word somehow without adding too much content. Would you like that?

  • About #14, @justJ - This is 10/10 for making someone smile. However, we are laughing at a tooth in pain (which we shouldn't do as a dental office).... so that's the only negative :-)
  • Try different concept.. the meaning in the design invites to keep smiling because smiling is a good thing ... with humor as in the picture. Hope you like it. .. I was waiting for feedback from you ... Thx #12
    • @portalrino - This is pretty far off from what we're looking for. Think more relaxing and adult oriented.

    • @caringdentistrync Thank you for your response ... I will fix my design and make it better
