We need a t-shirt design for a sports/orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Our clinic slogan is "Get back in the game...Get back into Life." We are wanting a professional looking t-shirt that goes along with that slogan. We primarily work with orthopedic injuries from sports injuries to pre and post-surgical injuries and joint replacements. We want a design that is not comical, but very professional and something that people will want to wear. We are looking for a design on the back with a sleeve logo/web address, and a small design on the front L pocket area - possibly just our logo unless you come up with a better idea. Our clinic colors are green and blue - pantone colors 2935 and 347, but the ad should not be limited to those colors.
