We are a team of brand addicts sporting a new brand in our mother company involved in Food Distribution and Marketing. We have just got the custody of an emerging global brand in the Energy Drink segment: Superman Energy drink. I suppose you understand ‘who’ are our direct competitors, and hence what does this brief really imply?
HOW WE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?
We work on the core concept of Brand Essence. Our positioning is built around the idea that our clients get the best out of them, through using the prefix “Super” as in the brand name Superman.
To demonstrate this unique brand essence, we have not hesitated to invest into buying a limited version of a Mitsubishi Evo 6 ( Evolution), TME Edition ( Tomy Makinen) which has been wrapped to create maximum brand visibility and brand experience. This ‘Super’ Car is creating sensation wherever it is seen and attracts a number of people. Apart from enhancing brand awareness through visibility, the SuperEvo is used as an important experience provider by offering promotional rides for potential client, thus giving them the thrill to feel what it is like being driven at +270Km/h, that is feeling a bit ‘super’ compared to ordinary cars!
YOUR CHALLENGE: A CAR WRAP THAT RESPECTS THE ESSENCE OF TWO GLOBAL BRANDS!
Now, we are in deep trouble! The Managing Director of the Company has his private car, a BMW 3M E-92 which is now ‘jealous’ of the Superman Branded Evo 6, though it has more power packed under the belt
The core of branding being utmost consistency to brand essence, your task would be to find a such a terrific design solution to make sure that the BMW also gets contaminated by the Superman Brand, but with strict adherence to all that BMW represents as a classy up market brand backed with hi-performance, security and comfort.
We do not want a supermarket-like wrap but one that will turn eyes, blow minds and catch hearts…one that will not embarrass the CEO of BMW AG, Harald Krüger, with him saying “ Oh God what these guys have done to our ‘baby’!!!”
All options are opened, you can get mad, abstract and weird but just make sure that you abide by the spirit of both brands. The internet is wide open for you to make your own R&D and come up with a wrap that will RAP our world!!!
