Also please include: the URL: www.infoway-inforoute.ca/PrescribeIT. Use colours from the logo and/or ones compatible with the logo colours.

The logo colours are: Green: #95c11e (R: 149 G: 193 B: 30) or Grey: #b2b2b1 (R: 178, G: 178, B: 177). Please provide EPS and PNG files as well as the original.
