CD Rules "revision"

Just make sure - is it aloud?:

1. to use photo as a part of the certian design, far as I remember it is not, unless client instists,
2. to use same dominant elements on two or more open contests - what if both (or more) wins?

photos are not allowed in logo contests, mockups only if the ch has stated a mockup with the same mockup for ALL designers.
you can't use the same design in two contest even it is changed. You can recycle a design but not if part of it is in a contest. if the design is picked a winner then you can't recycle that design, if it is changed up to not look alike then ok but the element has to be changed up to not look like any other design
