Level Up

Is it possible to level up even you don't win the contest? I saw other designer's profile with high levels yet don't have medals, and I notice too, that there are designers who have medals, but low in level...

How could that happen?

How Do Designer Levels Work?

So you can go up to level 4 without medal / medal points.
But u can't go to level 2 without participating in forum.
