It can be edited. If you open the smart object you will see it contains a rounded-rectangle shape layer. Replace it with just a regular rectangle shape Ã¢â‚¬â€œ then the business card should now be non-rounded

Oh no. I couldn't transform the non-rounded rectangle as it in the mock up.
