Unable to upload to any contest

Thanks so much. I was trying and trying over again with no results. Thanks again . And I have a question is it ok if a friend of mine uploaded a image of my logo in a contest but it said that it had a problem because it wasn't in canvas and can I upload the same one. Its my copyright and also he is banned and can't do that ?? Sorry for my english

except that your "friend" who was banned and yourself are the same person.

my problem seems solved. my file wasn't large (107KB, .jpg) so i don't know why i couldn't upload it. but today, from my work, i was able to, with no problem. i guess DC had a bad moment
