1. Launch your Adobe and using one of the Flash specification options like ActionScript 3.0. create a new project
2. Locate your base layer labeled as Layer 1 in your Flash timeline. Right click this layer and go to "New Layerâ€Â.
3. You can add shapes, movie clips, and other Flash objects on your new layers and at the point in your Flash timeline where you wish them to display.
4. Objects would display on top of other objects on a lower layer and under objects on higher layers. Layers can be reordered clicking on them and dragging them. The Flash stage area automatically updates all overlapping objects when layers are moved.
5.Right click a layer and choose "Mask" if you want to create a mask layer. Any layers under the layer mask be visible only through the portion of the layer containing filled clips or objects, and the object on the layer will act as windows allowing viewers to view lower layers.
6. you can place characters or animations on different layers. This can be useful when you create special effects like explosions, etc.. You can move the layers as needed so you can view each layer's animation right when you’re create it.
7.You can delete any layer, by right clicking on it and selecting “Deleteâ€Â.
