marking contests beyond "CLOSED"

When closed contest have been finalized the should be marked "Awarded"
Very late closed contests should be marked "tardy/pending"
Abandoned contests soul be marked "abandoned"
Abandoned contests should release portfolio listings for deletion.
I note that closed contests fall off designers contest pending menu but final disposition just arrives as a message.
Pending closed contests fall away from designers quick review.
