Now that Adobe is basically going to just subscription based software, do you think other software will finally make a comeback? Corel? Quark?

They use to be much more widely used. Will users start to go back to them now that they would have to pay monthly for software?

I think it's too late for Quark. For an Illustrator replacement, Sketch is slowly but steadily becoming more popular: bohemiancoding.com/sketch

Corel is not so far away from Adobe. In some cases they develop better software than Adobe, but all in all it's a matter of taste which one to choose for the job. :)

I think Creative Cloud is the best now. For the others, they have to upgrade their UI,UX,Functions and off course their business strategies.
