1. First sketch your button design. Then open your Adobe Fireworks and create a new page Go to file->New
2.select the option for the Rounded Rectangle under tools and then create an stretched out rectangle using your mouse to drag the cursor around 57 pixels high and 215 pixels long.
3. Select the color you want for the button, To do this you have to select the image and then choose the option Fill under properties.
4. From the right of the properties menu click on the Filters icon and choose the option "Bevel and Emboss" . Then select "Inset Bevel"
5. you button will now display as an image with depth and shading.
6.Click on the "Text Tool and specify the text size as 33 and then select the font "Franklin Gothic Demi" and type what you want to have on your button and make it bold (Ctrl+B)
