To convert JPG file to a PDF file using CorelDRAW do the following:

1.First launch your CorelDRAW
2.Now, go to file ans select ‘Open’ and choose the file you want to convert from JPG to PDF.
3.Go to File from the top menu and from the drop down menu select Publish to PDF
4.Compress the image by going to the objects tab. Then look for "JPEG" in the file types list and change the compression amount in the Quality field, from 2 to 2555
5. Put it your filename and save it in your desired destination.
