"A smile in the mind" by Beryl McAlhone and David Stuart is quite a cool and sort of out of box thinking book that could open designers mind.
I found a very creative ideas from that book and those ideas gave me a lot of new ideas and material to think about. The main aim is that graphical designs should not just be with good looking but also memorable (this is achieved by witty thinking).
