Obviously it's nowhere near being finished. I intend to turn the top banner thing into a flash header as soon as I get Flash running on this computer. I also intend to alter the background to a night time scenario with clouds and such, yet still maintain that colour. The internal portion of the table will likely resemble that of a mouth on the inside, and I may add 2 more fangs at the bottom to give it the feel on a mouth. *Shrugs*..Not suite sure though..just ideas running through the mind.
What do you think I should add to it or alter?
Something I started yesterday...

Thats nice. A few tips though.
Get rid of the bg, it looks too pixelated and really dosent look profesional (I personally hate all those ugly 2d pixelated patterns) Remember, you want people looking at the page, NOT the bg. This site has a good example of a bg, simple, just highlights the website, without detracting from the design. As well as this, id say that the banner and corner images need to be changed. You need some sort of catchy banner or something to really get visitors interested in your site.
Its a good start, and the navigation links are a nice addition.
Keep experimenting, thats what I do .

Yeah that background is a little too loud. Maybe try something more subtle. Also I run at 1280x1024 and the bg has to repeat itself and really makes itself look ugly because it looks like too different images beside each other at one point. It's too distracting. If you want to use a background make a small one that can be tiled easier.

The background doesn't tile very well, it's not seamless. I generally stick with plain backgrounds, as I don't want attention focused on the background, but rather the design itself, and more importantly, the content. The layout is too blurred, try something sharp and easy to focus on. If you need resources to learn more you can try:
