Contest Entry Submissions

Hello. Can someone clarify this here, i am confused:

Under General Terms for All Contest Entries, point no.3 state that only 1 design per contest entry permitted. Then no.4 states that "Unless otherwise stated, designers can submit up to seven (7) Contest Entries for each Contest.

I find these two points confusing. Can someone clarify them. Thank you.

I think that is an old rule and that there is no limit per contest. Please try. 

But only 1 design on a single entry (Canvas) is allowed.
