hi!
nice start!
1) i would connect the "r" and "l" somehow (same width?)
2) why is the "absoluto" wider than "cero" (especially on the left side)?
3) the symbol could be refined
4) in a way i´m missing connection between the two lines...

greetings

Very NEAT but lacks character in my opinion.

The font is pretty boring... maybe like what MNDesign said, you could play around with the letters just to add some "spice". ;D

Keep it up!

That's one huge logo. I've always wondered why people post them like that.

I agree that the font needs to be spiced up a bit. Maybe add some depth to the yellow logo by surrounding it with a black border or something. Something that will just add a little more depth of focus to the logo. but good job other than that! thanks!

I would definitely change the font or play around some more with it. I also personally wouldn't use this color and size for "absoluto"...

I'm pretty impressed -- first logo? AWESOME.
I like the fact that it isn't OVER-designed. Simple is good. I like that it retains effectiveness if it were in just black. I think the the cero font is a little boring, but some tight kerning might give it distiction. The secondary text feels less thought out. Perhaps try all caps and wide kerning. I think that the shapes could have more tension or contrast... perhaps more closely consider the negative space between them.

Over all - great job! You are talented.

Kudos to you!
Blessings,
Nancy

Can you tell us what cero absoluto is? It may help us figure out what we're looking at. I like the font - did you learn in design school that Helvetica is the way to go? Although Helvetica is overdone, so maybe try going to a website like veer.com and looking at the hundreds of fonts they have. They're expensive, but you could always remake it in Illustrator. It's bad, but if you're a student, you won't get in trouble (although if it is a real company that uses the logo, they'll have to buy the font).

The word 'absoluto' is an odd size - it either needs to be bigger or smaller. Try making it fit completely under cero?

The yellow marks are a little big, too. Try them on their own to see how they hold up as a mark. I'd rework the outline, too so that the curve mirrors the o's.

It's a good first logo, though! Logos take years.

Also note that ceroabsoluto has been renamed..as zeroabsoluto with a "z".

"zero absoluto" is my "commercial name as a designer and the name of my own studio (wich someday i will have...haha)

anyways , please feedback will be appreciated , and thanks again.

I like the first yellow mark more than the orange one (not because of the colors, but because of the shape). Now it's ambiguous and confusing - it almost looks like a boot. Is there a reason for the mark besides having an icon?

For the font, I personally liked the first one better, but if you want to stick with this one, I would open up the spacing between letters. Also between the words vertically.

I personally like this font better, I like the fact that both words are the same width this time, but...
I don't think it is (even nearly) clear that this is an exclamation mark. I wondered what that orange spot is and I couldn't figure it out. Even now that you told us, it is still hard for me to see this as an exclamation mark.

I think you are going in the right direction but still have some more work to do for this logo.

Love the font and the kerning! Great job! Love the use of alternate capitalization too. the over all feel is nice.

The little spur off the bottom of exclamation is too quirky, i think. You might want to try making the o in zero the same color as the exclamation. Or perhaps putting the dot of the exclamation inside the o.

Great work - I like it!

Nancy

I like the second logo better -- can you tweak the exclamation mark a little? I didn't see the exclamation point at first -- the bottom of the ! has an odd shape??
